498 New Doctors in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Appointed

Peshawar: The competent authority on the recommendations of Departmental Selection Committee (DSC), has appointed 498 Medical Officers (B-17) in Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on adhoc basis in their home districts/agencies for a period of one year or till the arrival of regular selectees by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission, whichever is earlier with immediate effect.

They include 07-Medical Officers from District Abbottabad, 10 Bannu, 4-Baagram, 15-Buner, 20-Charsadda, 07-Chitral, 23-D.I.Khan, 06-Dir Upper, 08-Hangu, 06-Haripur, 13-Karak, 15-Kohat, 06-Kohistan, 11-Lakki Marwat, 20-Dir Lower, 38-Malakand, 11-Mansehra, 48-Mardan, 24-Nowshera, 40-Peshawar, 29-Swabi, 36-Swat, 21-Shangla, 01-Tank and 79-doctors from FATA. All the doctors have been asked report to their arrival before November 25, 2011.

It was notified here by the Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here on Wednesday.
