Karachi, September 11, 2019 (PPI-OT): Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah has advised the Administrative Secretaries to timely ensure the disposal of Public Complaints, and sufficiently resolve the problems being faced by the complainants belongs to all spheres of life. He also asked the Commissioner of all division of Sindh to look into the said complaints, received from the C.S. office, and also get reports from the Deputy Commissioners concerned for onward transmission to the concerned quarter.
On Wednesday he presided the review meeting on “Citizen Portal”, he was briefed by the concerned officers that number of 24,238 complains were entertained and disposed of comprising 9845 of local government, 5240 of Sindh Police, 2364 of Education and 1505 of Health Department including 5248 of Commissioner Karachi office, during two months.
Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah directed the Secretaries, Commissioners and Police authorities to follow the Sindh performance Management System. He noted that weekly review meetings be held, to this effect. Secretaries of Education, Local Government, Health and Additional C.S. of Ombudsman Sindh attended the meeting.
