Karachi, October 18, 2012 (PPI-OT): Senior Minister for Education and Literacy Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has said that under a project of Sindh Education Department has provided training to 1025 Junior School Teachers, 20745 Primary School Teachers, 120 Principles 138 master trainers, 90 head masters and 180 faculty member. This he said while addressing a meeting with college Principle’s and representative of All Teachers Training ‘Institute here at his office Sindh Secretariat here on Thursday.
He said that out of which were 287 male and 934 Female Junior School Teachers, 12608 male and 8137 female Primary School Teachers, 72 male and 48 female Principles, 828 male and 552 female master trainers, 54 male and 36 female headmaster and headmistress respectively while 108 male and 72 female faculty members were provided training. Minister for Education added, ‘No corruption will be tolerated in regard of supply of furniture, computer lab, and up grading them, maintenance of the buildings.
He directed college principal, to submit PC-I to improve conditions of their respective colleges otherwise departments action would be taken against them and all colleges of Sindh would be come connected with departmental website soon. He said, ‘Necessary measures should be taken to avoid any unpleasant situation of fix breach out in any educational institution. ‘On this occasion Dr. Zafar A. Shaikh briefed Minister Education regarding status of college in Sindh.
