In Yemen, at least 13 soldiers were killed in heavy clashes between the Yemeni government forces and the Houthi rebels in Marib province.

A government military source said the fighting erupted in Al-Jubah District after the Houthi rebels attacked the government forces and the fighting lasted eight hours.

The government forces are still estimating the causalities from the Houthi side.
