Balochistan Rural Support Programme wins Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization Award

Islamabad: Balochistan Rural Support Programme has won Award for its services in rural development sector by Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO) on the eve of its Golden Jubilee Celebrations at New Delhi, today .

The Indian Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh inaugurated the 50th Celebrations of AARDO.

The Pakistani delegation is led by Ms. Nafeesa Shah, Member National Assembly (MNA) of Pakistan. The other members of the delegation are Mr. Naimatullah Abid, Director General, Pakistan Academy for Rural Development (PARD), Peshawar, Brig. Amanullah Khan, Director General, National Centre for Rural Development (NCRD), Islamabad and Mr. Jamshed Akhtar Kiani, Director, Punjab Local Government Academy (PLGA), Lalamusa, Gujrat, says a press release received here today from New Delhi.
