PUNJAB GOVT DECIDES TO COMPUTERIZE LAND RECORD IN URBAN CENTERS: SHAHBAZ

Punjab Government has decided to computerize land recard in urban centers following the rural areas.

Chairing in meeting in Lahore on Saturday, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif directed the provincial Land Record Authority to take steps in this regard at the earliest.

He said computerization of land record is the historic step of the provincial government, which will help eliminate Patwari culture in the province.

He said the computerized land record has brought about positive social and economic changes in the society.

Shahbaz Sharif said committees have been formed at district level to address problems of the people.
